Jared W. Whaley

Jared Whaley joined Coffey Burlington in 2018. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation. He has extensive experience as trial and appellate counsel for people and businesses in state, federal, and administrative proceedings, including contract and business disputes, labor, employment, real estate, fair housing, family law, and criminal matters, as well as providing outside general counsel services for real estate firms. Before joining the firm, he served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office’s trial division.
