Adam Saper

Adam Saper is an associate attorney at Coffey Burlington. Prior to joining the firm, Adam was an Assistant Public Defender in the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office for nearly a decade. An aggressive litigator, Adam tried over 35 cases to jury verdict, on charges ranging from misdemeanors to a homicide, while simultaneously maintaining an extensive complex motions practice. As a training attorney, Adam supervised, trained, and supported young lawyers entering the felony trial division.

At Coffey Burlington, Adam focuses on complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. He is Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law since 2020.
