07/21/08 CBS-KMOX Radio: Salim Hamdin - interview with former federal prosecutor, Kendall Coffey; Osama Bin Ladin’s one time driver and bodyguard has just become the First terrorist suspect to go on trial at Guantanamo Bay. Salim Hamdan is also the first person the United States has tried for war crimes in the United States since World War II. “He is the smallest fish in the shark tank,” former federal prosecutor, Kendall Coffey. “He is seen as a minor player, he didn’t fire weapons that we know of, and he certainly didn’t participate in any of the terrorist planning or direct any of the terrorist operations.”
