After a Miami-Dade County trial court entered an order stripping in excess of 100 acres of prime developable land (zoned for over 500 residential units), the firm was retained to file an appeal.  Attorney David Freedman successfully obtained a ruling from the Third District Court of Appeals which restored the development rights to the property.
