Kevin Kaplan obtained a $1.4 Million Attorney Fee Award for his client. U.S. District Judge Kathleen M. Williams entered the order in the Southern District of Florida on Tuesday awarding engineering firm Pliteq Inc. more than $1.4 million in attorney fees and nearly $37,000 in costs.
