Kimberly Freedman joined the firm in 2012 after completing a one-year clerkship with the Honorable Judge Paul C. Huck in the Southern District of Florida. Prior to her clerkship, Ms. Freedman's practice involved defending financial services companies in suits filed in both state and federal court. Ms. Freedman has experience in appellate advocacy and sophisticated motion practice, and she has briefed issues for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
