Josefina Aguila

Josefina Aguila is an associate attorney with Coffey Burlington. Ms. Aguila has a diverse range of experience in complex commercial litigation, appellate matters, white collar criminal defense, and anti-corruption/anti-bribery (FCPA) compliance work. Ms. Aguila has represented clients in matters including, but not limited to, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, violation of trade secrets law, deceptive and unfair trade practices, and constitutional challenges.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Aguila served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Robert N. Scola, Jr. in the Southern District of Florida. Before clerking, Ms. Aguila was an associate at a prominent international law firm in Miami.
