Gabriel Groisman has been with the firm since 2006. He practices complex commercial litigation, with a focus on intellectual property litigation and counseling. He represents a diverse set of clients in disputes related to real estate, construction, trademark, copyright, defamation, breach of contract, employment and business torts. Mr. Groisman was named as an “Up and Coming” attorney in Florida Trend’s 2008 Legal Elite. In 2005, he co-drafted an amicus curiae brief regarding the patentability of a medical diagnostic procedure for the Supreme Court of the United States in LabCorp v. Metabolite.
