Burger King franchisees’ suit lives on

Coffey Burlington’s Jeffrey Crockett, lead attorney for the NFA, said an outcome favorable to the franchisees will hinge on what comes out of discovery.
“We’re asking for their market test data, their internal memos, the polls that were done, any comments Burger King executives may have given,” Crockett said. “Whatever the process was, we don’t know. They’ve objected to giving any information.”
