Gabriel Groisman
Gabriel Groisman has been with the firm since 2006 practicing complex commercial litigation. He represents a diverse set of clients in disputes related to real estate, construction, trademark, copyright, defamation, breach of contract, employment and all business torts. For instance, he and Jeffrey Crockett successfully tried a case on behalf of a Spanish cosmetics distributor in 2009, which resulted in a $5.34 million award in favor of his client. This award was obtained less than twelve months after filing the arbitration. Mr. Groisman, along with Paul Schwiep, also successfully defended Duty Free Americas, in a $250 million dollar antitrust lawsuit filed in federal court in New Jersey in 2007. Mr. Groisman was recognized for his efforts by Florida Trend Magazine, who named him a Legal Elite “Up and Coming” attorney in 2008, 2009 and 2010, and by Super Lawyers, who named him a Florida "Rising Star" in 2010.
