David Zack
David Zack is a shareholder practicing in the areas of antitrust, commercial litigation, class actions, copyrights and trademark law. His diverse representations have included banking clients, accounting firms, and technology start ups, as well as pharmaceutical, petroleum, chemical, and fine art companies.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Zack practiced with Bingham McCutchen in San Francisco. He also clerked for United States District Judge Patrick J. Duggan in Detroit
